We are compiling some information about commonly used vectors which is not readily available elsewhere. We have a range of information about pGP704, a widely used suicide vector. Note that recently a pIVET derivative of pGP704 has been sequenced. We are in the process of removing some of the errors from the pGP704 sequence. More will be added in the future.
